I have curated this beautiful digital planner with a few ideologies in mind.

Firstly, I believe that a large majority of people are undertaking two very significant roles in their lives. Whether it be work, school, university, a side hustle, sport, caregiving or parenting, it can often be a struggle to harmoniously balance more than one. In my experience, when I was teaching full-time and running a business, I was continuously seeking new planning tools in order to maintain a strong focus on my goals, as well as to hold myself accountable. However, there just didn't seem to be anything around that truly caters for those living this double life. This is my reasoning for the creation of a planner that has two sets of planning blocks for each day, so you can organise your daily tasks much more effectively.

Secondly, this type of lifestyle is challenging as it can often make you feel as though you are always letting others down because as one area excels, the other may fall behind. This is where imposter syndrome may sneak in, as well as the need to overcompensate by putting your health on the back burner. We all know the theory, 'you can't help others before you help yourself' but it is much easier said than done. So with this in mind, I also formulated the 1 2 3 10 30 Method. This is not a challenge or a fad, but a sustainable lifestyle change. It provides structure with simple daily goals that are based on what I believe can be achieved on our hardest of days, whilst juggling both roles.
